RETURNS & REFUNDS
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Our refund policy is for 14 days from receipt of goods. If you are returning an item could you kindly email us with proof of purchase and let us know whether it is for exchange or refund. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your receipt of goods unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please ensure the package to be returned is clearly labelled with the correct address and securely sent via a recorded delivery service with proof of dispatch and the item is fully insured. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit. Also please include a print out showing proof of purchase with the goods you are returning.

Once your return item is received we will process your refund. Refunds will only be made to the card you used to make the payment. Refunds can take up to 10 working days from receipt of goods.
