Shipping policy

Items in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours. Due to the handmade nature of our products, some orders may take a little longer – if this is the case you will be notified as soon as we receive your order. Bespoke orders and commissions can take up to six weeks.

UK – STANDARD DELIVERY – £8.00

Includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Channel Islands. Delivery within 5 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

UK – EXPRESS DELIVERY – £12.00

Delivery by 13.00hrs next working day, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders must be received before 11.30hrs to guarantee a next working day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 11.30hrs will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the following working day. We cannot provide a next day service to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and counties north of West Lothian.

COLLECTIONS

To avoid paying delivery charges all items can be collected from the Dunville Designs studio near Dunkeld in Perthshire, by prior arrangement.
